Special Particulars – Managing Director of Hari Om Steels Ltd. Hyderabad, a forth generation entrepreneur, had set up a fully automatic steel unit at Hyderabad for which the trial run was shown to both the bankers and had bought margin money of Rs 180 lakhs by way of current assets which was duly verified and confirmed by both the bankers for the release of working capital but the bankers did not release the sanctioned working capital. They kept on insisting on cash margin of 25%. One banker agreed to release the working capital subject to the other consortium banker also releasing the same but the lead banker did not release and hence the a/c was classified as an NPA. The metter is pending in DRT court, Hyderabad in two separate suits. We had also filed the counter claim for the two suits.

Special Particulars – contesting in DRT past 10 years being victim of bank, the bank is unable to file any counter past 10 years, Most of the advocates and the defendants are not aware of the seriousness of the cases. They are unable to fight their cases due to lack of thorough knowledge of Banking Laws, RBI Guidelines, CPC,IPC, DRT Acts 1993, Securitization Act,2002 etc. My battle with the bank has been spearheaded due to guidance to me and my advocate from DRT Legal Solutions past 2 years.

I am interested now to see that Banks do not trap slyly by shadow boxing.
